(“Amtek”). This policy tells you how we use and protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information for our services
under the domain www.civcastusa.com and www.qcastusa.com (the “Sites”).
By accepting the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement in registration, you expressly
consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information
as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection
You are free to browse the Site without providing us any personal information about
yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us.
If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer
and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States.
At registration, you are required to provide contact information such as company
name, company type, your name, address, phone number, and email address. You also
have the option of providing a company description and fax number. We only collect
personal information about you or your company that we consider necessary to provide
you with services and features.
Certain services and features of the Site may require you to provide billing information
(such as your shipping address and credit card information). We do not store this
information.
We may collect and store transactional information (such as content you generate
or that relates to your account) and all project related content you provide. We
may also collect and store other information from your interaction with our site,
services, and content, including computer and connection information, statistics
on page views, traffic to and from the Site, IP address and standard web log information.
If you choose to submit a question to a project owner or engineer, this information
will be collected and stored.
Information Use
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with excellent
services and features. You agree that we may use your personal information to: provide
the services and customer support you request; resolve disputes, collect fees, troubleshoot
problems; prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, enforce our User
Agreement; customize, measure and improve our services, content and advertising;
inform you about our services, targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional
offers; and compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties.
We may occasionally send information on services, promotions, as well as a newsletter.
You are signed up for these emails at registration and you may unsubscribe by going
into your account and opting out of the emails.
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it
is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for
maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these
communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive
them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send
you a welcoming email to verify your email address, username and password.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
As a matter of policy, we DO NOT sell, rent or share any of your personal information,
including your email address, to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Certain features of the Site (such as the document download, document purchase,
and Q & A features) require your personal information (such as your company
name, company description, and contact information) to be available to other CivCast
users. Also, if you opt to add your company to the CivCast Directory, this information
will be available to the public.
Legal Requests: Amtek cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other
third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and
other rights, to help protect you and the CivCast community from bad actors. Therefore,
in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials
relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you
authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address,
UserID history, fraud complaints, and listing history without a subpoena. Without
limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep
the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal
information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena,
court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in
good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to: prevent imminent
physical harm or financial loss; or report suspected illegal activity.
Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private
communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not
otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting
the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information, including your
email address, to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third
parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications,
or users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the
Site. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy,
we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or

Cookies
Cookies are simple text files stored on your computer by your web browser. Our site
may use cookies to maintain personalization and to maintain the functionality of
an application. Cookies created on your computer by using this site do not contain
“personal information” and do not compromise your privacy or security. We use the

characters, and do not disclose your CivCast password to anyone. If you do share
your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible
for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password,
you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject
to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has
been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify us and change your
password.

This Web site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by
CivCast (such as engineer for government agency websites). Please be aware that
we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage
you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each
and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy
statement applies only to information collected by this web site.
Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information, including your email address, changes,
you may correct or update it by making the change on your profile page. If you no
longer desire our service, please contact us to have your account deleted.

Amtek, as developer and manager of this site, has taken several steps to safeguard
the integrity of our telecommunications and computing infrastructure, including
but not limited to authentication, monitoring, auditing, and encryption. This information
should not be construed in any way as warranting as fail proof, the security of
information submitted to or provided via our site.
Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States. We treat
data as an asset that must be protected and use lots of tools (encryption, passwords,
physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized
access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully
intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may
abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the site. Therefore,
although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should
